Each Dresilo garment is thoughtfully crafted to your exact proportions and preferences. Because our shirts are made-to-order using personalized 3D body measurements, we do not offer standard refunds or exchanges. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we\u2019re here to help.<\/p>\n

    Every shirt is produced individually, using your submitted measurements. As such, we are unable to accept returns based on changes of mind or personal fit preferences.<\/p>\n

    1. Quality Assurance & Resolution<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you believe your order is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet the standards we uphold:<\/p>\n

      • Please notify us within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving your item<\/li>\n
      • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue<\/li>\n
      • Attach clear photos, if applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        We review each case with care. Should the issue qualify, we may offer:<\/p>\n
