  1. Ordering & Product Information
  • Made-to-Order Garments: Each shirt is individually produced based on your selected style and 3D body measurements.
  • Fabric & Availability: We use premium deadstock textiles sourced from luxury European fashion houses. Availability may vary, and substitute fabrics may be offered if necessary.
  • Accuracy: Please ensure all order details and measurements are accurate before submission. Orders cannot be changed once processed.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are securely processed through our integrated e-commerce platform.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information provided is valid and authorized.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping rates and delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
  • International shipping may be subject to customs duties or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery estimates are not guarantees; delays may occur due to production or courier services.
  1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our garments, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis (see Refunds & Returns Policy for details).

  1. Measurement Process

We use a third-party provider (3DLook) to collect precise measurements via your smartphone. By using the tool, you agree to their terms and consent to the biometric data processing required to tailor your garment.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, branding, design, and text — is owned by Dresilo or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of it without prior consent.

  1. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with site functionality or security
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
  • Post false or misleading reviews or information

We reserve the right to restrict access or suspend accounts for violations.

  1. Privacy & Data Protection

We handle your data in accordance with our Politique de confidentialité. Your personal information is used solely to fulfill orders and improve your experience.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Dresilo is not liable for:

  • Sizing discrepancies resulting from incorrect measurement submissions
  • Shipping delays or issues beyond our control
  • Losses or damages resulting from the use of this website

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts unless otherwise required by EU consumer laws.
